Fingerverse(hereinafter “Company”) put foremost importance in privacy of the users of the ADMAX service (hereinafter “Service”). The Company follows the law regarding the promotion of information and communication network use and protection of information in order to protect private information of users provided on online using the Service.

In case of modification of privacy policy, the Company will notify the change on the website's notice or contact users individually.



1. Collection of private information

a. Collection of private information

First, the Company collects user information stated below when a user first signup for the Service, in order to provide various services including signup and customer services.

• E-mail address

• For user verification: Name, birthday, sex

• For wire transfer: Account holder’s name, bank name, account number etc.

• For cash redeem: User name, phone number, social security number etc.



Second, below information may be automatically created and collected while using the Service.

• IP Address, cookies, visiting history, service usage history, inappropriate service usage history etc.



2. Management of private information

The Company runs on strict safety measures in order to avoid loss, misusage, distortion of private information. The private information is secured in the safe environment where normal users cannot access. In case the Company entrust private information to a third party who has agreed on privacy policy terms with the Company, the private information shall be managed under the Company’s privacy policy.

Handling customer service and user notification including user verification based on membership system and limited Identity Verification System

4. Period for storing private information

The Company keeps private information during the period that is legally allowed by the information law or consented by the provider of the private information. In principle, the Company deletes related information without delay in case of termination of service, withdrawal of consent to storage of private information terms, expiration of the purpose of information, or expiration of storage period.

5. Deletion of private information

The Company deletes private information without delay when the storage period or purpose of collection has been expired.

a. Procedure of deleting private information

  • The information collected from the user of the Service will be moved to a separate database(or a separate cabinet for paper documents) after the purpose of the information has expired. The information will be deleted based on the internal policy and information protection related laws(refer to #4. Period for storing private information).
  • With an exception to legal obligations, the private information will not be used for other purposes.

b. Deleting method

  • Private information printed on papers will be shredded or incinerated.
  • Private information in the form of electronic files will be deleted permanently using technique that will not allow to restore once deleted.

6. Security measures of private information

The Company confirms following acts to secure protection of private information.

a. Managerial measure

Internal management planning and execution, periodical support training etc.

b. Technical measure

Limitation and management of access of private information processing system, using access control system, encoding unique identifications, using security program

c. Physical measure

limitation of access to data processing room and data storage room

7. User's Rights

a. User can view or change user information or request to withdraw the consent on Privacy Policy at any time.

b. The user can view or change information by clicking ‘Change Info’ after user authentication. The user can use delete account or withdraw the consent on Privacy Policy by clicking ‘Delete Account’ after user authentication.

c. The user can call the person in charge or contact through email or mail for prompt processing.

d. When user request change in user information due to error in the information, the Company shall not use or provide the user information until the change is made. In case the Company shared the incorrect user information to a 3rd party, the Company shall report to the 3rd party right away to apply the changes.

e. The Company shall change or delete user information under the request of the user or a legal representative of the user and use the information based on the terms stated in “Period for storing private information.” The Company shall not use the modified or deleted user information for other purposes.

8. Usage and Management of auto collection of Private Information

The Company uses cookies that find and save your information.

Cookies is information that the server of the Service send to your browser and is saved on your computer hard disk as a form of small text file

The Company shall use cookies for below purposes.

*Purpose of using Cookies

• To understand user data such as traffic volume and behaviors of the users using the Company’s website and tTo provide customized information including advertisement to users

*How to limit Cookies

• User has the right to allow or not allow cookies. Users can setup options on the web browser to allow all cookies, check before cookies are saved, or not allow any cookies to be saved.

• In case user do not allow any cookies to be saved, the user may not be eligible to use the Service.

• How to setup in case of Internet Explorer: Tools menu on the upper menu of the web browser > Internet Options > Private Information

Users shall contact the privacy policy personnel or to the customer center for all arising issues related to privacy protection while using the Service.

10. Technical/Administrative Protection Measure of Private Information

The company seeks to protect private information from being lost, stolen, leaked or damaged by applying the following technical/administrative measures.

a. Password Encryption

The password of ADMAX influencer ID(E-mail) is encrypted, saved and managed. Therefore only the principal is aware of the password, and checking or changing of the private information is only able to be done by the principal who knows the password.

b. Measures to Prevent Hacking, etc.

The Company shall use its best efforts to prevent the influencers’ private information from being leaked or damaged from hacking or computer virus, etc.

Data is frequently backup to secure against damage, up to date vaccine program is applied to prevent the leak of private information, and encrypt communication is used to enable secure transmission of the data on network environment.

Also, trespasser block system is applied to control outside approach, and the company tries to hold all the possible technical equipment to retain systematical security.

c. Limit to Number of Administration Staff and Education

Handling of private information is limited to minimum staff in charge, a separate password is issued and updated frequently, and staff are continuously educated to emphasize the importance of observing the private information policy.



11. Notice Obligation

Update, deletion, modification to the current private information policy will be notified on the homepage “Notice” at least 7 days before the change.

The notice is effective as of April 1, 2016.

12. Providing Private Information

a. Providing to 3rd Party

The Company shall not provide private information to a 3rd party.

b. Consignment of Information Management

The Company contracts out the management of private information in minimal range to provide a smooth and convenient service.

In case of contracting out, relevant terms are separately regulated for secure management of the private information.



Private Information Management Consigned Company and Objective are as follows.

- Consignee : NHN KCP

- Consignment Objective : Do payment as proxy for process necessary for service such as credit card, cash, phone payments

- Private Information Disclosed : Payer information

- Period of Storing and Using the Information Provided : Until objective of service is achieved or until the period stated in related law

The website does not hold responsibility for the accuracy or credibility of the information (hereinafter “data”) such as any link, download, ad included in the website,

distributed from the website, or accessed through a service included in the service, and does not guarantee any ad

or other data related to the service.

The user agrees to take full responsibility on the credibility of the data.
